Leadership offers a unique forum for leaders to connect, share campaign strategies and shape bold advocacy agendas to progress our issues over the coming term of government.

From an increasingly broken healthcare system to economic inequality, the climate crisis, the fight for First Nations justice and land rights, the threat of the far right and the continued impacts of COVID-19 — there's no doubt the next term of government faces major crunch-points on some of society's biggest issues. The vision, connections and teamwork required to strengthen our approach to these issues cannot be left to the government alone.

It's up to us — the leaders and thinkers who drive Australia's civil society movement - to step up and lead the creative and courageous conversations needed to improve our nation's future. Steering away from the 'typical' conference format, Leadership is designed to do just that — allowing CEO-level leaders across established non profits and unions, emerging organisations and philanthropy the space to share knowledge, build trust and form unusual alliances for change.

Leadership 2022 will run as a hybrid event, with options for virtual participation alongside the in-person event in Canberra. Early ticket purchases (before April 1st) will shape the hybrid format. Learn more about the format and decision-making behind it here.
